This notice explains what personal information Innoverra collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. Innoverra is responsible for that information. You can contact us about anything in this notice atsupport@innoverra.io.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:
- your name
- your email address
- the message you write, and anything you include in it
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own site, not from third parties.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a quote or carry out work for you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us) or, where you ask us to do work, taking steps to enter into a contract with you. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without asking.
Who handles it
Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., which may store data in the United States. Netlify acts on our instructions and uses safeguards recognised under UK data protection law for international transfers. Emails are handled by our email provider.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to ongoing work, in which case we keep them for as long as that work requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email support@innoverra.io and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk.
